A.Yes, we have a minimum rental period of 4 hours for Inflatables and 3 hours for Photo Booths.
Q.Do you offer any package deals?
A.Yes, we offer package deals that include multiple pieces of equipment at a discounted price. Contact us for more information and pricing.
Q.Is there a deposit required to rent party equipment?
A.Yes, we require a 50% deposit to hold your rental reservation. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Q.How long do you get to keep the Yard Cards?
A.Yard Card rentals will remain on your lawn for a day. Set up is typically done in the evening for the ultimate surprise in the morning!
Q.How much notice is required for Yard Cards?
A.For custom themes, we require 5 days notice.
For a theme that is already listed on the site, please book asap to ensure the date you need is available.
Q.Is there a Travel Fee?
A.We deliver for FREE within listed locations! Click on the Locations drop down for more information.
Q.What if it rains?
A.YARD CARDS: Set up will go on rain or shine!
INFLATABLES: You can reschedule your rental due to rain with no additional charge as long as 24 hour notice is given.
